Good to know
- There is no free trial. You get a full refund on request within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals are not refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout.
- Allowances reset each calendar month. Losing Pro never deletes your data.
Questions and answers
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No, but you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
What happens to my files if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Notes stay in your repository and stored files stay readable; only new uploads above the Free allowance stop.
Do I need Pro to use AI?
No. Free lets you connect your own AI assistants. Pro adds a hosted assistant when it ships.
How much does Business cost?
